Working in the pet industry has always felt like a natural path, as animals have been been a big part of her life for many years.
At home she shares her life with a pygmy bearded dragon named Toothless and a cat named Louie, who both keep things entertaining and reinforce her love for animals every day.
At the store Mackenzie runs the puppy school, supporting new dog owners through the exciting early stages of puppyhood.
She enjoys helping puppies build confidence while guiding owners in developing positive training habits and strong bonds with their dogs.
Currently Mackenzie is working towards becoming a qualified dog trainer, with the goal of helping even more pet owners better understand their dogs and build positive, lasting relationships with them.
